Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or bar management
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- legal age to serve alcohol
- eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- managing the floor to ensure smooth operations
- overseeing bar service and supporting bartenders

- supervising staff and assisting with training
- ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and floor areas
