Job Requirements
- Two or more years of restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours per week including five 10-hour shifts
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English

- Minimum two years of successful restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Capability to manage both front- and back-of-house operations
- Proficient in managing budgets and scheduling
- Fluent in English
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house activities
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members
- Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with management and home office support
- Monitor financial performance and control costs
- Manage scheduling and labor to meet operational goals
