Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours per week including five 10-hour shifts
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Capability to manage both front- and back-of-house operations
  • Proficient in managing budgets and scheduling
  • Fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house activities
  • Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality
  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with management and home office support
  • Monitor financial performance and control costs
  • Manage scheduling and labor to meet operational goals
