The OM Group is an independently owned franchisee of Dunkin, operating a network of 12 restaurant locations throughout the St. Louis metro area and Southeast Missouri. We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead one of our Dunkin' teams. This key leadership role is essential in managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring compliance with all Dunkin’ Donuts brand standards, franchisee guidelines, and applicable laws. As a Restaurant Manager, you will provide strong, positive leadership to your team, driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding guest experiences consistently. You will oversee staffing, training, employee development, and the creation of a customer-focused culture that exceeds guest expectations.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for maintaining safe, secure, and healthy restaurant environments, while promoting food safety and sanitation guidelines. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities including financial performance, cost control, marketing promotion execution, new product rollouts, and team performance monitoring. Emphasis is placed on building effective teams through regular coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution to maintain high morale and engagement among employees. You will also be accountable for achieving sales goals and contributing to overall business profitability by controlling costs and maximizing guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years of age where applicable
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior supervisory or management experience in restaurant or retail
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to manage financial and operational aspects
  • commitment to uphold brand standards and compliance
