The Restaurant Manager at Ruth’s Chris Steak House plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the restaurant, working closely with the General Manager and Chef. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and organizing both the Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
