We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our growing team at Popeyes. This role is essential in maintaining the restaurant's daily operations and ensuring every guest receives not only delicious food but also superior customer service in a clean and welcoming environment. The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations, including supervising food preparation, managing inventory, scheduling staff, coaching team members, and upholding safety and sanitation regulations. As a Restaurant Manager at Popeyes, you will be at the forefront of the guest experience, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently to guarantee customer satisfaction. You will manage crew schedules and forecast staffing needs to ensure smooth and effective shifts. This position demands a hands-on approach to leadership, with responsibilities including unloading and stocking inventory items, managing food orders, and actively coaching and training team members to excel in their roles. Additionally, you will be expected to work multiple stations within the restaurant, adapting to the fast-paced nature of the food service environment.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform various tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, carrying boxes up to 60 pounds, handling product preparation, and consistently moving throughout the restaurant while engaging with team members and guests. This is a full-time position, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential to meet the demands of the restaurant’s operating hours. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkers
  • Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry products/boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Commitment to acting with integrity and honesty

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
