As a Cracker Barrel Restaurant Manager, you play a pivotal leadership role that goes beyond simply managing daily restaurant operations. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to remain composed under pressure
