Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel
- ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational skills
- ability to remain composed under pressure
