Job Duties
- oversee the production of high-quality food with precision and accuracy
- observe and implement food safety and quality assurance procedures
- lead and motivate teams of 10-30 members during shifts
- manage opening and closing operations as key holder
- coach and develop team leaders and team members
- maintain excellent performance standards throughout shifts
- identify business areas for improvement and collaborate with leaders for solutions
