Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
- ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- a caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- valid driver’s license
- must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- manage all aspects of store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest and employee experiences
- ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards
- support and develop staff through training and coaching
- handle scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
- collaborate with home office for operational support
