As a Restaurant Manager at Shake Shack, you will play a crucial role in leading daily operations to ensure outstanding service and satisfaction. This is a dynamic and fast-paced management position that requires exceptional leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for training, motivating, and coaching team members, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and operational policies. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting
  • food handler certification preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to motivate and develop team members

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
  • working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
  • understanding of financial aspects of business operations
  • food handler certification preferred
  • willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
  • train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations
  • motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
  • demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
  • develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
