As a Restaurant Manager at Shake Shack, you will play a crucial role in leading daily operations to ensure outstanding service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for training, motivating, and coaching team members, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and operational policies. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting
food handler certification preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
strong leadership and communication skills
knowledge of health and safety regulations
ability to motivate and develop team members

Job Qualifications

2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
understanding of financial aspects of business operations
food handler certification preferred
willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations
motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
