Our establishments are known for their warm, inviting ambiance and commitment to unmatched quality in every aspect, from the culinary delights to the attentive service offered by our dedicated team members. Each outlet embodies a culture that values passion, respect, and teamwork, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and cherished.

We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our LongHorn team and drive the continued success of our flagship steakhouse brand. The successful candidate will set clear expectations, maintain open and effective communication channels, and actively recognize and reward team performance, which contributes to our unique and vibrant workplace culture. Your leadership will help bring Legendary's distinct culture to life every day, ensuring our guests receive an unparalleled steakhouse experience on every visit.

In this role, you will be responsible for not only operational execution but also the development and mentorship of your team. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of cultivating strong teams and inspiring staff through effective leadership practices. Your knowledge of the systems, methods, and processes that underpin excellent restaurant operations will be instrumental in maintaining high standards. This role demands someone with stable work history that reflects upward career growth and current salaried management experience, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Joining Legendary means becoming part of a company that values work-life balance and supports employee well-being. Our benefits package includes weekly pay, balanced schedules with at least one weekend off per month, vacation and flex time that increase based on tenure, and additional pay opportunities for working extra days. We also offer quarterly bonuses tied to restaurant performance and the special perk of being closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas, allowing you to spend these holidays with your family. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options are available from the first day of employment.

If you are a dynamic, motivated leader ready to take the reins of a successful restaurant and make a positive impact on both your team and guests, we invite you to consider this exciting opportunity with Legendary. Here, your leadership will not only drive excellent guest experiences but also foster a rewarding and supportive workplace culture. Be proud to be part of a team that leads by example and delivers the ultimate steakhouse experience every guest, every time.
