The role available is a full-time Shack Manager position within the Shrewsbury, MA location. This role plays a pivotal part in managing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure superior guest service and satisfaction. The Shack Manager is responsible for training, motivating, and coaching team members to uphold the highest level of hospitality and operational excellence. This includes overseeing sanitation and safety standards, developing community engagement initiatives, and driving brand promotion through various local events. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $55,660.80 to $68,556.80 annually, along with performance bonuses.

Job Requirements

2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence
Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
Food handler certification preferred
Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level

Job Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations
Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality

Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
