The Restaurant Manager role at Quality Brand Group is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of restaurant operations. This position requires a dedicated individual who can lead recruitment, development, and performance management of team members while ensuring that the store operates efficiently and effectively. The Restaurant Manager acts as a business owner, held accountable for the full profit and loss (P&L) statement of their restaurant location. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be actively engaged with both employees and customers, driving improvements in store operations while maintaining the highest service standards. You will lead your team by example during your shifts, managing processes and staff to deliver a friendly and high-quality guest experience. Responsibilities include ensuring that food preparation meets operational standards, managing service delivery, and fostering a positive and motivated workplace environment. Leadership duties extend to coaching, counseling, and if necessary, disciplinary actions concerning store-level employees.

This role also involves strategic financial management, including setting sales targets and controlling expenses to meet profitability goals. The Restaurant Manager is expected to utilize strong communication and coaching skills to inspire the team, manage purchasing, scheduling, and oversee physical facility maintenance. Candidates for this role should be highly motivated, capable of independent thought and action, and bring experience within the food service industry. Certification in Food Safety and Serve Safe is required to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Must be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
  • Must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
