The role of Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane's is a pivotal position that plays an essential part in supporting daily restaurant operations and maintaining the brand’s renowned culture. As a Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Leader to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly according to Raising Cane's high standards. This position involves managing shift operations, directing crewmembers, handling cash accountability, and providing exemplary customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong leadership abilities to enforce company policies, uphold safety standards, and motivate the team through reward and recognition programs. The Restaurant Manager also manages critical operational tasks such as opening and closing the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness, maintaining the facility, and authorizing employee actions within their scope.
This is a physically active role, involving extended periods of walking, standing, lifting, and bending in a fast-moving kitchen and dining setting. The environment includes working with food products and allergens, industrial kitchen equipment, and commercial cleaning chemicals which require adherence to safety protocols including the use of personal protective equipment. The Restaurant Manager must be adaptable, organized, and skilled in multitasking to manage fluctuating priorities effectively while delivering a positive dining experience to customers.

Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must complete all required raising cane's company training programs
- able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- able to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- self-driven, flexible and highly energetic
- able to recognize problems, set goals and execute plans to solve problems
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- detail-oriented and organized
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- knowledge in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- proficient in microsoft office and ability to learn new systems quickly
Job Duties
