Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of three years of restaurant experience
  • at least two years in a leadership position
  • proficiency with POS and Kitchen Display Systems
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle cash accurately
  • capacity to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods
  • willingness to work in varying kitchen temperatures
  • ability to follow company policies and food safety standards
  • strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • commitment to promoting diversity and respect in the workplace

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in the restaurant business
  • two years in a leadership role
  • strong hospitality and communication skills
  • proficiency with restaurant operating systems
  • solid understanding of cost control and financial transactions
  • ability to train and mentor team members
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

Job Duties

  • Listen to and accommodate guests and employees
  • maintain good employee rapport by coaching and guiding staff
  • utilize basic cost control and profit and loss management to minimize waste
  • attend to food details to ensure delicious, appetizing chicken
  • operate technology systems such as Aloha, Kitchen Display Systems, and POS
  • handle cash and financial transactions accurately
  • support the General Manager closely
  • assist in employee disciplinary actions
  • train team members
  • ensure compliance with company policies
  • supervise daily shift operations
  • coordinate front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • ensure kitchen procedures meet food safety standards
  • lead by example during busy moments
  • communicate effectively and foster interpersonal relationships
  • identify business priorities and set goals
  • promote diversity and respect others
  • solve problems and handle stressful situations
