Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • complete Restaurant Manager training classes
  • must be 100% certified in all workstations
  • ability to perform basic math operations
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of the shift
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
  • demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
  • willing to manage in a fast-paced, changing environment

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • associates or bachelors degree preferred
  • minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
  • minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
  • must be ServSafe certified
  • proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • proficiency with computers and relevant software

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • monitor staffing levels and ensure training on workstations
  • motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
  • manage daily restaurant operations to deliver excellent guest service and food quality
  • respond to guest concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  • analyze operational and financial performance data and implement improvement plans
  • maintain brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and service
  • ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • perform other related duties as assigned
