Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant restaurant management experience
- Food Handlers Certification
- Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-volume environment
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
- Food Handlers Certification
- Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and effective service
- Lead and develop restaurant team members through training and mentoring
- Monitor food quality and safety standards in compliance with regulations
- Oversee inventory management and control costs
