The role of a Cracker Barrel Restaurant Manager is a leadership position that goes beyond managing a restaurant’s daily operations. This full-time position requires overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring excellent guest experiences, efficient team management, and operational excellence. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of experience managing a Cracker Barrel restaurant
- ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
