Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of experience managing a Cracker Barrel restaurant
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure and handle busy shifts

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage operational and people-focused tasks simultaneously
  • capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop restaurant team members
  • manage inventory and supplies
  • ensure high-quality guest service and hospitality standards
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety compliance
  • handle busy shift operations and support team morale
  • implement company policies and procedures
