The role of a Restaurant Manager at Cracker Barrel is pivotal to the business’s success and customer satisfaction. - High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year of prior experience at Cracker Barrel
- Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to manage both front and back of house operations effectively
