Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year of prior experience at Cracker Barrel
- Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to manage both front and back of house operations effectively

Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members
- Manage inventory and control operational costs
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs
- Drive restaurant profitability and meet operational goals
