Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- Oversee daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to ensure exceptional guest service
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
- Address and resolve guest and employee concerns promptly
- Train and develop staff to enhance performance and career growth
- Collaborate with home office support for operational success
