Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
  • Address and resolve guest and employee concerns promptly
  • Train and develop staff to enhance performance and career growth
  • Collaborate with home office support for operational success
