Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two or more years of restaurant management experience
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week, including holidays and weekends
  • fluency in English
  • dedication to hospitality and guest service

  • manage daily restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities

  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • manage scheduling and labor costs effectively
  • maintain high standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness
  • handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • collaborate with the home office and other managers to drive business results
