Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two or more years of restaurant management experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week, including holidays and weekends
- fluency in English
- dedication to hospitality and guest service

- manage daily restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage scheduling and labor costs effectively
- maintain high standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness
- handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- collaborate with the home office and other managers to drive business results
