Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
- minimum 1 year experience specifically at Cracker Barrel
- ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
Job Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
- ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- experience managing inventory and operational processes
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- oversee front-and back-of-house restaurant operations
- coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient restaurant performance
- lead with care to ensure employees and guests feel valued
- maintain composure and leadership during high-pressure or busy shifts
- uphold the company’s hospitality standards and culture
- manage scheduling and labor to optimize productivity and service quality
