Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year experience specifically at Cracker Barrel
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
  • ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience managing inventory and operational processes
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • oversee front-and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient restaurant performance
  • lead with care to ensure employees and guests feel valued
  • maintain composure and leadership during high-pressure or busy shifts
  • uphold the company’s hospitality standards and culture
  • manage scheduling and labor to optimize productivity and service quality
