The role being offered is a leadership position aimed at managing the front-of-house operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting. Key responsibilities include managing sales, profitability, and guest counts while closely monitoring the restaurant’s Profit and Loss (P&L) statement. The candidate will forecast sales, manage labor costs, enforce portion controls, prepare budgets, and analyze variances to achieve financial objectives. Communication is crucial, as the role requires effective interaction with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management through both verbal and written communication.
Maintaining a safe and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures is also vital to this role. Candidates must be capable of working up to 10 hours per day, including periods of standing, sitting, and walking, and able to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
