Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years management experience in a restaurant
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Flexible to work at other locations in the region when needed
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Visual ability including distance, color, depth and peripheral vision as well as adjusting focus
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- For California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required within 60 days after start
Job Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a restaurant supporting large teams
- Full-service experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role
- Highly proficient in English verbal, reading and writing communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and at different locations
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation

- Committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ensures the quality of food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specs
- Passionate about taste, temperature and plate presentation
- Demonstrates immaculate standards maintaining an organized, clean, and orderly restaurant
