The role open at Maria's Italian Kitchen is for experienced Entry, Mid, to High-Level Restaurant Assistant Managers and Assistant General Managers (AGMs) in their Valley (SFV) locations. The position offers a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience.
The Assistant Manager or AGM will lead with service excellence, focusing on selling, satisfying, and ensuring guests return through consistent quality and open team communication. A key responsibility of the role is driving profitability by mastering profit and loss goals, shift planning, and managing daily financial reports. Additionally, the manager is expected to champion food safety and health standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
