Job Requirements

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager or 3 years managing a service operation with full P&L responsibility
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Completion of restaurant manager training classes
  • ServSafe certification
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to use personal vehicle for business purposes
  • Ability to stand walk 85 to 95 percent of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 pounds
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computers
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Must pass background checks and comply with company policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent required
  • Associates or bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal candidates
  • Minimum 3 years managing a service operation with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Completed restaurant manager training classes
  • ServSafe certified
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • Proficient with personal computers and software applications
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to speak read and write English effectively
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior

Job Duties

  • Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
  • Monitors staffing levels and ensures adequate training
  • Creates a positive and safe work environment
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Oversees daily restaurant operations to deliver excellent guest service and food quality
  • Responds promptly to guest concerns and resolves issues
  • Maintains cleanliness maintenance and brand standards
  • Analyzes operational and financial performance and implements action plans
  • Focuses on increasing sales and profitability
  • Uses restaurant management systems effectively
  • Motivates and inspires employees towards high performance
  • Manages costs and adheres to budget goals
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
