Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week
- Ability to multitask
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must meet state and local health regulations
- Must have reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Supervise crew members during assigned shifts

- Assist in employee hiring, training, and retention
- Manage shift operations and staffing levels
- Monitor and maintain restaurant sanitation standards
- Interpret financial reports and assist with budgeting
