Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
  • Food Safety Manager certification required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week
  • Ability to multitask
  • Availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must meet state and local health regulations
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
  • Food Safety Manager certification

Job Duties

  • Supervise crew members during assigned shifts
  • Ensure guests receive excellent dining experiences
  • Uphold service and quality standards
  • Assist in employee hiring, training, and retention
  • Manage shift operations and staffing levels
  • Monitor and maintain restaurant sanitation standards
  • Interpret financial reports and assist with budgeting
