The franchisee operates independently from McDonald's USA and is the sole responsible employer for all employment-related matters at the restaurant. This includes all hiring, discipline, staff supervision, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not participate in or influence employment decisions or application processes. Job Requirements
- Two years management experience
- Ability to meet McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Legal authorization to work in the country
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience operating high volume locations
