Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products. The franchisee operates independently from McDonald's USA and is the sole responsible employer for all employment-related matters at the restaurant. This includes all hiring, discipline, staff supervision, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not participate in or influence employment decisions or application processes. Therefore, if hired, your employment contract and workplace environment will be governed and managed solely by the franchisee, giving you a unique chance to be part of a local team dynamic within a globally recognized brand.

Job Requirements

  • Two years management experience
  • Ability to meet McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the country
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience operating high volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants preferred but hospitality or retail experience acceptable
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set and implement operational goals
  • Experience with hiring and developing managerial staff
  • Effective communication and coaching abilities
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Set and achieve restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
  • Lead a team of Department Managers to meet their targets and improve performance
  • Provide coaching, direction, and support to Department Managers
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Monitor daily operations and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training programs effectively
