The position available is for a General Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations to ensure profitability while maintaining McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role is critical as the General Manager will not only manage the daily functions of the restaurant but also inspire and lead a team of Department Managers. The goal is to meet and exceed business objectives by creating, implementing, and monitoring action plans that align with the franchise's targets.
