Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant location
- Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Model and teach excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints
- Hire and develop crew members while creating an excellent work environment
- Work with leadership to ensure the restaurant is organized, well-stocked, clean, and operational daily
- Schedule shifts for employees
- Ensure a safe kitchen environment for food and staff
