Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant location
  • Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Model and teach excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints
  • Hire and develop crew members while creating an excellent work environment
  • Work with leadership to ensure the restaurant is organized, well-stocked, clean, and operational daily
  • Schedule shifts for employees
  • Ensure a safe kitchen environment for food and staff
