Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)
- Familiarity with internet browsers such as Internet Explorer
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Regular access to a personal vehicle
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop/bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to complete mandatory training programs
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)

- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
- Experience in performance evaluation and team development
Job Duties
- Perform and direct overall restaurant management including inventory and cash control systems
- Ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
- Recruit, hire, train and develop high quality team members
- Maintain a positive work environment dedicated to promoting our culture and values
- Responsible for all food and beverage quality, service, and cleanliness standards within the restaurant
- Ensure that operational and training standards are consistently maintained
- Respond to customer concerns, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively solve problems
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions or corrective actions when necessary
- Create a happy and safe work environment
- Ensuring restaurant plans and marketing incentive are being implemented
- Holds team members accountable by performance management process
- Recognizes employees for exceptional performance and embodying our core values
