As the Restaurant Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for steering the daily operations of the restaurant to meet and exceed business targets. This includes hands-on management of inventory and cash control systems, creating a safe and healthy work environment, and driving the team to maintain food quality, service excellence, and cleanliness. The manager will play a critical role in hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members, ensuring they are well equipped and motivated to perform their duties effectively. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)
  • Familiarity with internet browsers such as Internet Explorer
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Regular access to a personal vehicle
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop/bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to complete mandatory training programs

Job Duties

  • Perform and direct overall restaurant management including inventory and cash control systems
  • Ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
  • Recruit, hire, train and develop high quality team members
  • Maintain a positive work environment dedicated to promoting our culture and values
  • Responsible for all food and beverage quality, service, and cleanliness standards within the restaurant
  • Ensure that operational and training standards are consistently maintained
  • Respond to customer concerns, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively solve problems
  • Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions or corrective actions when necessary
  • Create a happy and safe work environment
