Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
  • proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
  • regular access to personal vehicle
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, bend
  • ability to use hands for computer operation
  • ability to reach with hands and arms
  • ability to push or pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • clear speech and good hearing both face to face and on the phone
  • clear vision at 20 inches or less with or without corrective lenses
  • able to make sound decisions and work with supervision
  • willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
  • proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Perform and direct overall restaurant management including inventory and cash control systems
  • ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
  • recruit, hire, train and develop high quality team members
  • maintain a positive work environment dedicated to promoting our culture and values
  • responsible for all food and beverage quality, service, and cleanliness standards within the restaurant
  • ensure that operational and training standards are consistently maintained
  • respond to customer concerns, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively solve problems
  • conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions or corrective actions when necessary
  • create a happy and safe work environment
  • ensuring restaurant plans and marketing incentive are being implemented
  • hold team members accountable by performance management process
  • recognize employees for exceptional performance and embodying our core values using value cards
