The Restaurant Manager is responsible for training and developing team members to ensure consistent quality performance and for managing critical operational tasks such as purchasing, scheduling, sales, and facility maintenance.

Candidates for this role should have prior experience in the food service industry and hold certifications such as Food Safety or Serve Safe. Effective communication skills, an ability to work independently, and a proactive problem-solving mindset are essential qualities for success. This role demands physical capability to handle restaurant equipment and tasks that require lifting and manual dexterity. Overall, this dynamic leadership position offers an opportunity for professionals passionate about food service management to grow within a vibrant franchise environment committed to excellence and team success.
