Job Requirements

  • Fluently speak and read English
  • Math and writing skills
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • Ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build effective teams
  • Physically capable of operating restaurant equipment and lifting 30 to 50 pounds
  • Able to use pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food service industry
  • Serve Safe or Food Safety certification
  • Ability to think and work independently
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Leadership skills with experience managing teams
  • Understanding of operational standards for quality and cleanliness
  • Experience with profit and loss management

Job Duties

  • Administer and oversee recruitment and development of team members
  • Ensure proper implementation of operational standards for quality service and cleanliness
  • Manage store operations focusing on cost efficiency and sales goals
  • Lead and motivate the store team including assistant managers and shift leaders
  • Counsel, discipline, promote, or terminate store employees as needed
  • Prepare products according to operational and quality standards
  • Manage purchasing, scheduling, sales, training, and facility maintenance
