Job Requirements
- Fluently speak and read English
- Math and writing skills
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
- Ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to build effective teams
- Physically capable of operating restaurant equipment and lifting 30 to 50 pounds
- Able to use pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food service industry
- Serve Safe or Food Safety certification
- Ability to think and work independently
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Understanding of operational standards for quality and cleanliness
- Experience with profit and loss management
Job Duties
- Administer and oversee recruitment and development of team members
- Ensure proper implementation of operational standards for quality service and cleanliness
- Manage store operations focusing on cost efficiency and sales goals
- Lead and motivate the store team including assistant managers and shift leaders
- Counsel, discipline, promote, or terminate store employees as needed
- Prepare products according to operational and quality standards
- Manage purchasing, scheduling, sales, training, and facility maintenance
