Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience
- Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred
- Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Drive employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department
- Foster an inclusive environment and develop department associates
- Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
- Create memorable guest experiences and participate in community outreach activities
- Manage department P&L and develop sales initiatives to increase profitability
- Coach and train associates to uphold quality food preparation and presentation standards
- Enforce safety and sanitation practices and maintain immaculate facilities
