Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience
  • Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred
  • Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department
  • Foster an inclusive environment and develop department associates
  • Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
  • Create memorable guest experiences and participate in community outreach activities
  • Manage department P&L and develop sales initiatives to increase profitability
  • Coach and train associates to uphold quality food preparation and presentation standards
  • Enforce safety and sanitation practices and maintain immaculate facilities
