Additionally, this position requires managing staff training on all Shack operational procedures, fostering a positive team culture, and championing the brand’s presence through community outreach and events. A deep understanding of business financials and operational logistics is vital to success in this position.

Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Demonstrate leadership skills with a coaching mindset
- Knowledge of business financial operations
- Food handler certification preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
