The Restaurant Manager position is a full-time, exempt role based in Oakland Gardens, New York. The successful candidate will play a critical leadership role in driving the operational success of the Dunkin' Donuts location. The pay rate starts at $1,275 per week, reflecting the importance of this leadership position within the company.

As a Restaurant Manager, the individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations to ensure the delivery of excellent guest experiences and the achievement of profitable sales targets. This leadership role involves team development, promoting a positive work environment, coaching employees, and recognizing achievements. The Restaurant Manager will manage staffing to meet both guest and business needs, ensuring continuous team learning and accountability for results.

Compliance with all company, brand, and franchise policies is mandatory, alongside a commitment to operational safety and security through preventative maintenance.
