We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at one of our locations. The pay for this position is variable by location, reflecting market conditions and restaurant performance. This salaried management role is pivotal in maintaining our standards of excellence and driving the restaurant’s success. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for inspiring and guiding service and culinary teams to consistently deliver the ultimate steakhouse experience to every guest, every time. This includes fostering a positive culture, setting clear expectations, maintaining open communication, and recognizing and rewarding team members for their contributions.

The role requires a leader who can develop teams, inspire a performance-driven culture, and implement systems and processes that ensure great execution. Candidates should demonstrate a stable work history that reflects upward career progress, with current or prior salaried management experience preferred.
