Restaurant Managers at Smashburger are responsible for overseeing daily operational checklists, including line checks, uniform standards, and cash handling procedures to minimize losses. They continuously monitor guest satisfaction metrics such as NPS and OSAT, uphold food safety standards compliant with local health regulations, and execute cost of goods sold (COGS) management by controlling inventory and food ordering processes. Scheduling is also a critical component, requiring managers to use company forecasting tools to build labor schedules that align with sales trends while maintaining budgeted labor percentages.
