Job Description

The Wolak Group is a well-established Dunkin' franchise operator, managing over 90 locations and continuously growing. Based in East Syracuse, New York, the company prides itself on delivering America’s favorite coffee, refreshing beverages, and delicious baked goods and snacks to its customers. The Wolak Group places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, recognizing that their success is directly tied to the exceptional service they provide to each guest every day. As a prominent franchise within the Dunkin' network, The Wolak Group fosters a positive and supportive work environment, ensuring that their team members feel valued and are equipped with the tools and training necessary to thrive in the fast-paced restaurant industry.

The Restaurant Manager role at The Wolak Group is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of their busy Dunkin' locations. This full-time role offers competitive pay starting at $19.50 per hour, with potential to earn up to $26.26 per hour based on skills and prior experience. The position involves managing store operations efficiently, leading a team of employees, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving profitability through effective management of resources and labor. The Restaurant Manager plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of customer service, quality, and cleanliness, while cultivating a positive work environment that promotes career development and advancement.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for motivating your team, managing profit and loss statements, overseeing inventory and ordering, and maintaining a safe and compliant workplace. The Wolak Group offers an attractive compensation package that includes discretionary bonuses, profit sharing, and a variety of benefits such as tuition reimbursement through Southern New Hampshire University, health, dental and vision coverage, 401K savings plans, paid time off including holidays, and free or discounted food and beverages. Additionally, ongoing training and development opportunities are provided to help managers grow their skills and advance their careers within the organization.

Work schedules for this position are flexible and may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the needs of the restaurant. Prior experience as a manager in a similar fast-paced environment, coupled with knowledge of POS Management Systems, is highly desired. The Wolak Group values leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing a productive, engaged team.

Candidates applying for this role will join a franchisee that operates independently from Dunkin' Brands, Inc. This means the franchisee solely manages employment decisions and workplace policies for their restaurants. The Wolak Group adheres to federal employment eligibility requirements by participating in the eVerify program, ensuring all employees are authorized to work in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to join a recognized franchise organization with a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. The position offers professional growth potential, a supportive team culture, and the chance to contribute to the ongoing success and expansion of The Wolak Group’s Dunkin' restaurants.
