The role available is for a skilled and highly motivated Restaurant Manager. This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses. The Restaurant Manager will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of guest service and operational excellence that Islands is known for. Managerial responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, from managing staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to handling cash and opening or closing the establishment. Job Requirements
- minimum two years of full-service or fast casual restaurant management experience including kitchen or back of house experience
- age 21 or older
- responsible for keys and cash handling
- ability to ensure health, safety, and welfare of staff
- positive team-based leadership skills
- uphold safe work practices and legal compliance

- valid or obtainable food handler card
- valid or obtainable food RBS certification
