Job Requirements

  • Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants or bars
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • strong mathematical skills to compute change and settle checks
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions
  • completion of Twin Peaks manager training program
  • attendance at orientation and adherence to policies and procedures
  • compliance with local and state regulations including food and alcohol certifications
  • physical ability to stand for up to 10 hours, walk, use hands and fingers, occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
  • willingness to work in environments with exposure to fumes, humid conditions, and occasional cigarette or cigar smoke

Job Duties

  • Follow Twin Peaks Girl Audition Guidelines
  • uphold standards of cleanliness per health code and quality assurance checks
  • ensure alcohol is served responsibly and legally
  • drive sales through excellent operations, local marketing, and recruiting
  • hold kitchen staff accountable to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • responsibly handle cash including drawers, employee checkouts, and bank deposits
  • handle issues of discrimination or harassment in accordance with policy
  • maintain a positive atmosphere free of intimidation, discrimination, or poor work performance
  • coach and counsel team members effectively
  • teach, motivate, and coach all team members including kitchen crew and Twin Peaks Girls
  • proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls
  • ensure Steps of Service are followed and motivate staff to provide excellent service
  • enforce image and costume guidelines
  • maintain training schedules and programs for new employees
  • execute training and development programs including personal development
  • manage execution of performance-based scheduling
  • practice sound inventory control
  • dress and act professionally to set a good example
