Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel or similar environment
- Ability to work 50 hours a week, including holidays and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Ability to manage inventory and staff effectively
