Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel or similar environment
- Ability to work 50 hours a week, including holidays and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Ability to manage inventory and staff effectively
Job Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
- Strong leadership and team coaching skills
- Ability to manage both front and back of house operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Coach and develop restaurant team members
- Manage inventory and supplies effectively
- Ensure exceptional guest experience through leadership and service standards
- Maintain smooth restaurant flow during busy shifts
- Foster a people-first leadership culture
- Balance operational tasks with team motivation
