Cracker Barrel offers a competitive pay range of $19.23 to $23.53 per hour for restaurant managers, with additional merit increases and bonus opportunities that reward your contributions. The role typically requires working 50 hours a week, usually in five 10-hour shifts, including holidays and weekends as needed, with a valid driver’s license required.
