Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel or similar environment
  • Ability to work 50 hours a week, including holidays and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership and people skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and staff effectively

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • Strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • Ability to manage both front and back of house operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Coach and develop restaurant team members
  • Manage inventory and supplies effectively
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience through leadership and service standards
  • Maintain smooth restaurant flow during busy shifts
  • Foster a people-first leadership culture
  • Balance operational tasks with team motivation
