Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant management
  • Must have CA Responsible Beverage Service Certification
  • Must have ServSafe Card for relevant states
  • Must hold Food Handlers Card for relevant states
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive work environment
  • Ability to develop and coach a team

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience
  • Ability to create a fun and engaging work environment
  • Proven track record of building sales and strong relationships
  • Skilled in leading, training, and coaching team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional growth
  • High School diploma preferred
  • Valid CA Responsible Beverage Service Certification

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service
  • Manage and lead a team of energetic and talented staff

  • Drive sales growth and maintain high operational standards
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and beverage service regulations
