Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift a tray weighing up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and grasp
- Must be able to hear well in a loud environment
- Must meet health regulations for food handling
- Must be able to operate point-of-sale system
- Must be able to work with all menu products
- Must be able to work around hazardous chemicals
- Must have mobility to operate in confined areas
- Must work inside and outside the restaurant
- Must observe all aspects of operations
- Must stand and walk during 11-12 hour shifts
- Must tolerate extreme temperature changes
- Must work day, night, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to handle stressful situations
- Must be prepared for extended shifts
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be licensed to drive
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Possesses basic math skills
- Values diversity and shows respect for others
- Proven problem-solving skills in high stress situations
- Ability to interpret financial statements
- Must be able to perform job duties of every position
- Willingness to work a 50-55 hour week
- Ability to multitask and anticipate opportunities
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Licensed to drive without hours restrictions
- Reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Supervise and lead 15-20 crew members during shifts
- Ensure excellent guest experience by coaching employees on guest service
- Maintain proper staffing levels and create effective schedules
- Oversee restaurant sanitation and food safety standards
- Assist in managing financial performance and interpreting operational reports
- Drive sales growth through local marketing and suggestive selling
- Monitor safety, security, and compliance with company policies and regulations
