The role of General Manager at Rally's is pivotal to the success of each individual restaurant location. Located at 7736 1st Ave North in Birmingham, AL, this position is integral to overseeing all restaurant functions and ensuring the achievement of sales goals, staff performance, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Reporting directly to the District Manager, the General Manager is responsible for implementing Rally’s systems and processes designed to maximize profitability, deliver superior guest satisfaction, and cultivate the growth and development of their team members.

The General Manager must be a dynamic leader who can inspire and manage a diverse team within the fast-paced environment of a quick-service restaurant. This role includes setting clear performance expectations, analyzing financial data to make informed business decisions, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, optimizing labor and food costs, and creating a positive workplace culture that promotes retention and engagement. The General Manager also plays a key role in training, coaching, and mentoring staff to achieve operational excellence and uphold the brand’s high standards.
