Job Requirements

- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Food handlers certification required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

- At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen
- Food handlers certification
- Alcoholic beverage servers certification
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including staff scheduling and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and equipment regulations
- Lead and motivate team members through effective training and development programs
- Maintain high standards for food quality and guest satisfaction
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and cost management
- Handle guest concerns promptly to ensure positive dining experiences
- Drive sales and operational goals while fostering a positive work environment
