We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive the success of the restaurant. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with pay delivered weekly and a comprehensive benefits package that begins from day one. As a Restaurant Manager at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily restaurant operations. Your main responsibility will be managing and inspiring a team, ensuring smooth workflows, and maintaining high standards in service, food quality, and cleanliness.

You will be instrumental in executing operational strategies to drive sales and profitability, expertly managing labor and food costs while seeking ongoing opportunities to enhance revenue and operational efficiency. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years restaurant experience
  • At least 3 years in restaurant management
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
