The position available is for a management role designed to deliver a phenomenal guest experience while leading and inspiring a team that embodies CPK's people-first mentality. The restaurant manager is responsible for building a team focused on hospitality and culinary execution, developing top talent, and driving career growth and cross-training opportunities for team members. Key responsibilities include managing sales, profitability, and guest counts, as well as overseeing the restaurant's profit and loss statements. This role requires forecasting financials, adjusting labor expenditures, practicing portion control, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances to ensure that financial objectives are met.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial to interact positively with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management. Maintaining a safe and healthy environment is also a priority, which involves establishing and complying with sanitation standards and procedures. The role offers a competitive salary range between 70,500 and 75,000 USD, reflecting the importance of strong leadership and operational expertise.
