As a Cheddar's Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the restaurant and the satisfaction of its guests. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years management experience in a restaurant or related setting
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Capable of leading and motivating a diverse team
  • Basic computer proficiency for operational tasks
