The role of Restaurant Manager at Mendocino Farms is a full-time, onsite position with a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $81,000 per year, dependent on experience. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for fostering an environment where staff are motivated, well-trained, and able to deliver outstanding service consistently. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
