Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house areas
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality
- Train, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Oversee inventory and ensure proper food safety and sanitation compliance
- Manage scheduling and labor costs to meet business objectives
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Collaborate with home office support to resolve operational issues
