Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house areas
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality
  • Train, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Oversee inventory and ensure proper food safety and sanitation compliance
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs to meet business objectives
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new employees
  • Collaborate with home office support to resolve operational issues
