Our team members each bring unique qualities to the table, yet we stand united by shared values that include being authentic and humble, acting with integrity, bringing good energy, achieving as a team, generating extraordinary results, and inspiring others through hospitality. Our group is passionate about excellence in service and dedicated to creating environments where guests feel welcomed and valued.

The Restaurant Manager role is a critical leadership position within our vibrant hospitality group. This role involves fostering sincere and genuine connections with team members, guests, vendors, and the broader community. The primary responsibility is to direct, plan, implement, and monitor the functions of staff to deliver memorable experiences and high-quality service. The Restaurant Manager plays a key role in managing resources efficiently to meet or exceed budgeted sales and profit goals. This position requires a hands-on leader who can effectively oversee daily operations ensuring the smooth functioning of front-of-house operations, vendor relations, and facility management.

In this role, the Restaurant Manager will manage beverage ordering, pars, promotions, and cost control, maintaining strict oversight of cost of goods sold (COGs). Regular audits and bar walks will be conducted to ensure high standards, including wash lines, builds, and jigger usage. Inventory management, particularly in the front of house, will be a crucial aspect, with an emphasis on maintaining accuracy and supporting beverage profit and loss management. The manager will also perform facilities walks and audits to uphold cleanliness, maintenance, and décor standards, while overseeing maintenance requests, invoicing, and vendor management through systems such as Service Channel.

Further responsibilities include managing vendors who provide cleaning, linens, pest control, plants, and seasonal needs such as heaters, mats, and irrigation. The upkeep of all furniture, equipment, umbrellas, heaters, lighting, and music systems will fall under the manager’s purview, ensuring ambient settings are tailored to the venue’s atmosphere. Safety leadership is integral to the position, with the manager leading first aid and safety checks and engaging in the Safety Committee.

The Restaurant Manager will also ensure the execution and maintenance of menus, promotional materials, table talkers, backstock, glassware, smallware, and printed materials. Budget management responsibilities encompass preventative maintenance and repairs and maintenance budgets, alongside providing update reports on budget spend and project status during manager meetings. Staffing is another key area, with the manager supporting hiring, scheduling, and the development of service assistant and host teams through coaching and training, including upholding standards related to lighting, music levels, and guest environment even in the absence of leadership.

Why you’ll love being a Restaurant Manager with us includes recognition and rewards for your dedication, a generous meal benefit program, access to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, and mental wellness and life event management programs. We also provide fitness discount programs, telehealth services, and a 401K plan with company matching contributions. Paid time off, earned paid sick time, company holidays off, and company-paid life, accidental, and long-term disability benefits contribute to a comprehensive benefits package. Eligible employees can enjoy paid parental leave up to four weeks. Compensation is highly competitive, featuring a base salary with the potential for an annual 20 percent bonus paid quarterly. This role offers a rewarding career opportunity to grow within a supportive and values-driven restaurant group, dedicated to service excellence and community engagement.
